Tayseer Fazil Bharucha

Tayseer Fazil Bharucha is Partner at Bharucha & Co., and has been part of the firm since 2021.

He has a diverse practice that spans civil, corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law and litigation matters. Tayseer advises both local and international clients on a broad range of legal matters and regularly attends hearings in Tribunals and different Intellectual Property forums. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience as an Associate at one of Pakistan's leading litigation firms, handling cases related to general civil law matters before the High Court and the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Tayseer is also an Internationally Accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator.

Additionally, he has non-legal experience in the Supply Chain and Operations Management industry in North America, providing him with a unique, cross-disciplinary perspective. He regularly attends international intellectual property conferences, such as INTA (International Trademark Association) where he is also a Committee Member and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), amongst others.
