Siham Ladhani is the Junior Associate at Bharucha & Co. and has been a part of the firm since 2022.

She is a legal practitioner specializing in intellectual property law, with a strong focus on litigation and brand protection. She renders opinions to both local and international clients on the protection of brand names, trade marks, domain names, competition law and deceptive marketing practices, including IP protection in the metaverse.

Her litigation experience includes drafting plaints, counter statements, rejoinders and related applications. She is also skilled in drafting legal notices, co-existence and settle agreements, facilitating strategic dispute resolution.

Beyond IP, she also handles civil litigation, particularly contractual disputes. Her work involves extensive research on a broad range of topics, providing in-depth analysis to strengthen legal strategies. She offers comprehensive legal support to the Partner and Senior Associates in corporate matters as well.

Currently, she is pursuing Bar-at-Law from BPP University.
